Carolyn Phillips plays a huge role in liquidity planning and control involving management of certain organizational financial risks.

Carolyn’s responsibilities includes overseeing and maintaining the financial budgets for the organization. This includes ensuring the organization is compliant with state and federal guidelines as a nonprofit organization, allocating funds for each department and ensuring the financial stability of the organization.

In addition to dealing with payment transactions which includes planning, account organisation, cash flow monitoring, managing bank accounts, electronic banking, pooling and netting, Mrs. Phillips also functions as the organization’s in-house bank.
